On 23rd Feb, 2023 I was checking my eligibility on this app and without any confirmation screen, they transferred Rs. 1200 for three times for a loan of Rs. 6000 (40% deducted). I received Rs.[protected]x3) on the same day.
On 28th Feb, I received a call from them that I need to repay. I repaid 6000 on their app,
As soon as this loan got closed, they disbursed loan of rs.[protected]x3) and only Rs. 2100 were transferred without my consent. for this 15000 they deducted Rs. 2900 for Rs. 5000.
The app does not have any customer support number. They have only email address: [protected]@outlook.com. I sent them email on 23rd Feb 2023 stating I don't need any loan but they just want to earn high returns.
Please look into it. I am ready to pay whatever I have received (I did not even ask for). But I don't wish to pay 15000/- for the 6300/-.
