Few days back I got a call from a salesperson of Quiick Yatra regarding the IRCTC portal Agency. They have told me that for an OTP based agency you have to pay Rs. 2, 600/- only. After that I have paid them the amount for taking the IRCTC agency. After that they told me to deposit Rs. 3, 000/- in the Quiick Yatra wallet as it is mandatory to keep that for booking tickets from the portal. So, I deposited the amount in the Quiick Yatra wallet. After that when I tried to book a ticket from the IRCTC Agency portal, while choosing the wallet balance for payment it showed "Insufficiant Balance". I called them and told them that I have balance in my wallet so why is it showing insufficient balance? They told me that sir you have to take an IRCTC Authorized Certificate for booking the tickets. I said okay. Then I paid Rs. 2, 000/- for that as per their demand. Now today they are telling sir you need to pay Rs.2, 000/- more for activating the certificate as it is in hold. I asked why I needed to pay again i have already paid Rs. 2, 000/-. They told sir it is needed for PC activation. Then I felt like something is wrong here. Was this information helpful? |
