I ordered an i phone on 18th march 2020 and paid the full money.but had to cancel the order immidiately within one hour.they displayed the message that order is cancelled and refund will be initiated within 4-7 days.now one month have passed and there is no response even after sending so many mails.customer care call centre is unapproachable.this is pure harassement and i will surely fill a complain in consumer forum if refund is not issued at the earliest.i have all rhe records of transaction and proofs of instances when there was ignorance from your side.
