Dear consumer complaints,
I have booked an order online on quikrkart.com on dated 09.10.2017 of rs. 6999. Ord no: ords92304004
After continious followup for 1 week they have provided me a wrong tracking id, of overnite courier service showing a delivery at kolkata, wheras i have booked it for visnagar, gujrat.
Now i have told them to refund me back, but they said that it is not possible.
Please do the needful.
