R.d. Enterprises — Refund amount paid for a plot in nri city phase ii, navi mumbai, shahpur

Sir, i purchased a plot in nri city phase 2, when i was abroad and paid the amount for the plot. I have not registered this plot. Mr.Ravinder saklani seems to be a very good person but he is not refunding the money i paid the plot.
I am not interested in this plot and i have intimated to him. He does not reply to my emails also. Years are passing by can you please take neccessary action against him to refund the payment.

My sister and I had purchased 2 plots here. We Paid the whole amount and also got tmit registered in our names. But then no further development has been done in this plot as promised by him. We have tried to contact him several times, but no response. Kindly help

Can I join this case against RD Enterprises / Ravinder Saklani as well?
He 'refunded' the money to me by two cheques that bounced. The case has been going on since 2011 in the Hon Metropolitan Magistrate's Court.

We have also purchased a plot in nri city shapur nasik.But we dont have any address or contact number of Ravinder Saklani. Please look into the matter.Whoever have purchased a plot there kindly make a group so we can procced further so as what to do.
