On 24/06/2024 R for Rabbit delivered the Tiny Toes T20 Ace Tricycle - 2 In 1, EVA Wheels, Adjustable Parental Control, Cup Holder that I ordered. Order number is 331884. I initiated the return process within few hours as the cycle had a big dent on the main frame and also the plastic screw was broken. Photos were attached as asked on the return portal. The return was approved and a pick up was scheduled on 25/06/2024 but till now 30/06/2024 the pick up has not been done. Nor have they arranged for a manual return process as promised when I sent mails after mails and made calls after calls. The customer service agents i spoke to who gavr me false informations and promises are RAMAN CHAYAL and MAHESH. R for rabbit is the worst company ever. This is the second time I have faced and issue with them. Their so called premium zipper diaper bag (the most expensive one on their site) broke in less than 6 months and when I questioned them they asked me to get it repaired by a local vendor.
