R Imayavarman — damaging engine sound

I am a vet from india army and i have bought this bike a year ago now and rode only for 10400 km the engine started to make damaging noises and when asked they said they will service it. Later the after the service the engine started the same sound. I am tired of going service station many times with not less then. 12000 km in the gauge. Highly disappointed with tvs bike. I need the engine or the bike to be replaced. I have spent 1.2 lakh not for this. I am writing a letter to csd department on this issue and recommending them not to sell any bikes of tvs. And approching consumer forum if not addressed for this issue.
