We are having current account with hdfc bank dindigul-tamilnadu.Our current account no.[protected].We have approached the branch for sending rtgs/neft at branch counter the officer mr.Sivakumar refused to receive our chque along with rtgs/neft saying the reason that thier (hdfc)head office instruct them not to accept rtgs/neft at branch level .They asked all customers to send rtgs/neft through e-banking.If not so they asked us to close the account.We are having net banking facility but our concern is proprietary one some practical problem is thier to do all transaction through net banking.So let me know that whether the rbi is permit hdfc to refuse to send the rtgs/neft at thier branch counter.If not pl.Give suitable instructions to hdfc accordingly.
