R N Tagore Hospital Mukundapur Kolkata — Hospital have done bedsore size 20*20 and not informed us

This is just a information and now this will go a long way.

I had admitted my father Mr V Venkat Rao who is senior citizen 78 yrs old on 15th july2023 for cervical injury in R N TAGORE MUKUNDAPUR under doctor Amitabha Chanda.
Doctor had done surgery on 19th july2023
And discharge my father on 28th july2023 but at the time of discharge they have neither informed me about the bedsore inspite of asking about the bedsore at the time of treatment nor mentioned in the discharge papers.On 3rd august 2023 only after 4-5 days I came to know about the same at the Time of cleaning. They have done bedsore of size 20*20 which has become life threatening to my fater.He he is now admitted under skin specialist for bedsore.This shows clear negligence, careless and irresponsible treatment to the senior citizen patient.

Kindly investigate and take strict action immediately against all the carelessness doctors and staffs who all are involved in this.I have proof and pics of date wise whivh will be produced in the court of law.
