I am yatin bhavsar. I have purchased my new activa obd deluxe ps blue from r royal world ( address: 28 su was, near Kotak bank, new c f road Chandkheda. Mob no: [protected], [protected])

I have taken delivery from show room on 30/08/23 after noon. I have driven at home from showroom with my family. On the way I came to know that there was some sound coming out while driving activa with single person. I have informed this thing to mr. Neal Khatri by phone on the same day. He told me we are closed today early due to festival. I will take care tomorrow. As it was company default in back wheel I could not recognise with naked eye. It was internal default by company. Even they did not checked vehicle properly before giving delivery to customer. Mr. Neal Khatri also told me it was company default. So how can I accept this faulty vehicle. I want replacement of vehicle as it was company fault. Now r royal world denying for replacement. I have spent my hard earned money on it. Also taken a vehicle loan from IDFC bank ( shiv idfc bank[protected]. If they will not accept I need to go for loan cancelation for this and have get some loss of money as well. Moreover mr. Neal is not answering me in satisfactory way as well.
Plz want to replace faulty vehicle. Now I have sent my vehicle to r royal auto world Chandkheda. And request to replace as it is company default piece.
