Sir I am Rajamanickam from coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. My washing machine was leaking so I figued the damaged hose connecting the drum and water outlet. When i went to the service centre They insisted that they cannot provide the spare and I have to call a service repair man.IS it not my right as a customer to get the spare i require. Your service is forcing me to pay extra money for the service I do not require and denying the spare part i require. And they claimed that this was thier COMPANY POLICY.
