R.s. Yadav Travels — Want a refund on my ticket

Hi,
I booked a bus from Lko to Delhi on 13th Feb 2023. Bus is running late for 4 hour and there is no information from the agency. I have to catch a flight from Delhi so i decided to take another bus on urgent basis. I had requested the agency to cancel my ticket and issue a refund, because i cannot wait for the bus till 4:00 am in the morning.
So please, cancel my ticket and issue a refund asap.
