R.s. Yadav Travels — Wrong place of delivery

I am pallavi. I have told them on07/11/23 to book some material of 11 boxes from delhi to khatima. But, they booked it for Rupaidiha.
Instead of continuous calls and msgs, they didn't took a single action. Even the bus was gone.
Now, who would bear this cost and
inconvenience caused to my client?
