R Square Academy — I couldnt continue the class due to health issue and requested a refund.

I joined the 2-year TNPSC course and paid ₹25, 000 in full. Unfortunately, due to health issues and a planned surgery, I couldn’t continue and requested a refund. But the institute denied it.
They even asked me to refer another student to get my money back, which I felt was very insensitive and business-minded. I also suggested deducting a portion (₹8, 000–₹12, 000) as a fair charge and refunding the rest — but they rejected that too.

Before admission, the staff kept following up to push me to join. After taking the money, they stopped responding to calls and messages. I was also told I had signed a "Code of Conduct", but it was never properly explained — they said it just a basic admission form.
I tried to raise the issue to the management, but the only response I received was: “No refund.” The entire experience was disappointing and unprofessional.

Some Key concerns noted within two-week class:

No clarity on course structure or schedule,
All exam categories (Group 1, Group 2, RRB, Banking) taught in a single batch.
No clarity if recorded classes were included in the fee,
Very basic study materials (just 5 books, poor quality content),
No structured coaching or subject planning,
Recorded classes had frequent audio/video problems,
Sometimes online classes were not even available,
No student support or interaction from faculty,
Test series not conducted properly,
Classes ran quickly using only slides, with no shared study material after class.
I enrolled after reading the Google reviews, but I feel misled. My honest advice: ask all course-related questions in writing before paying. Protect your money, your time, and your career goals. the above feedback why not posting public in google reviews
