They simply waste your time, that is actually money, they gove you false hope, and keep on interviewing you again and again for hours. Atlast they step back, we wil let you know.
My advice, don't fall onto their trap, i know you might be in n need of job, but trust me, they will not hire you, they will throw you out and don't pay you.
