My mother booked Char Dham yatra of Rs. 23, 350 on
30-April-2018 and they gave travel date as 16-May-2018. But due to recent news updates the environment in kedarnath places is terrible and also I observer hyderabad is also
windy. So I called these travels and asked could I postpone the travels bearing the cost of train and hotels (as they claim they have already booked everything). But they responded
very impolitely and treated us disrespectfully, stating 0 rupees refunded on cancellation. I said my mom is not feeling well and afraid alot seeing the news, they said thats your
personal problem and do whatever you people could do. They also didn't provided detailed Itinery about hotels, train information etc. They said they would share all the details
before couple of days.
Also they haven't provided any information regarding travel insurance/health insurance. Once they have our money the nature is quiet different and also according google reviews I recently have seen mentioned they wont provide basic needs. My mom is deciding to travel despite of health issues and fears. I am so worried, please help us and don't encourage these kind of travels promising to provide all the details before travel
