2. You used cracked and nulled themes and software, which we advised against multiple times due to security risks. Despite our warnings, you continued to use them, causing significant security issues on our servers. One of our servers was even blocked by the data center due to these issues. No reputable company would tolerate such practices.
You repeatedly abused the server and received multiple abuse tickets from the data center. Despite numerous warnings, you continued this behavior, which ultimately led to the server being blocked by the data center. This caused us significant loss, and we were forced to block your service and account. Following this, you threatened us to refund the money or else you would post fake reviews.
