My father is an old patient in R N Tagore Hospital Mukundapur. He was operated for pacemaker insertion under Dr. Joshi in 2014 under West Benga Health Scheme. On 28.02.2023 I had booked one yearly pacemaker clinic appointment for my father on their toll free number [protected]. They operator confirmed my appointment on 09.03.2023 10 AM. When visited today on 09.03.23 they simply said they do not have the appointment in their system. When requested, they gave the appointment, but without the facility of WBHS. Not only they caused harassments to my senior citizen parent, but also overcharged one previous registered patient. Was this information helpful? |
