This is to bring to your kind attention that on 4th May 1998 my brother bought a piece of land from K. Manoj Reddy, of Huzurabad Surya Real Estates at Dislukhnagar, Hyderabad, which he had taken from Pattedar of Pedda Amberpet, Sri S. Anji Reddy S/O Late Ramaswamy Reddy. The land is registered on my brother’s name, Aijaz Ahmed, Document Number: 3667/2004. Since then, every 6 months I visit to see and check the land. Today on 15th December 2021 when I went to see the land, someone grabbed the land and made a cement fence on my brother’s land.
I asked some neighbors near the land, they told a man named Shekhar Reddy made the cement fence on the land.
My brother depends on this land for his daughter’s marriage and son’s education. This situation is very painful and difficult for him.
Please help me to get my brothers Land back. I shall be grateful to you for the same.
