On 17th February 2023 I lodged a complaint to Racold dealer about the leakage in solar water heater. Their is continuous water flow. Dealer shared serviceman mobile number. When I called him he refused to attend the complaint and talked rudely. My product is still under warranty period . Till today the complaint has not been solved. Kindly go into this matter and resolved it as early as possible.
Also requesting you to take strict action on serviceman and dealer.
