Radha Gas Service — visit charge

Im consumer of bharat gas lpg house gas. My consumer number is 54954. I had called on the emergency number of radha gas service, agency providing the service of bharat gas, regarding less flame from one of the burner. One technician came and replaced the nipple of the burner and charged me rs. 230/- (Rs. 200 visit charge & 30 for the nipple)
After 15 days the same problem started coming and i was repeatedly trying to call the emergency number but noone came
Today the same technician came and checked, and first said the valve needs to be replaced, later when i asked him is it the reason for low flame.. He said its not related. Later he said low flame is because of some dirt in the nipple (Same nipple which he had changed). After some cleaning it was working well, but the technician charged again rs. 100 as visit charge. On asking, he said the would have not charged visiting charge is the problem had come within one month.
The problem is that this guy overcharged the visiting charge, as we were calling him within one month lf the previous complaint and he purposely came after one month.
