Complaint :
The dress I bought from you has bled and not only spoilt that garment, but also my other very expensive clothes.
There is no washcare label on the Garment and the claim from the brand is that they have mentioned about washing details on the site.
I dont understand how can i consumer be expected to remember the washcare details from the sites, when there is so much online shopping nowadays.
secondly why should the garment not have a washcare label.
I need to be compensated for the damage to that product and also the other 4 very expensive garments that piece has destroyed.
please help me
