Radinet — Radinet not returning security Deposit

Hi took a broadband connection from Radinet and they have taken a security deposit against the router. I disconnect the service after the completion of my plan and asked for my security deposit. Since then I have not received any security deposit.
At the time of installation, they promised to return this amount but now they are just delaying and not returning the amount. It has been almost a year after doing the follow-up with their local vendor and their customer care. I have sent them an email as well but they have not responded back.
