Radisson Blu — Refund not processed

Hi team, the agent first of all took the authorisation of security deposit on a debit card at the time of checkin the duty manager informed us the refund will be processed in 7 business days now it’s gonna be 1 complete month but we have not heard anything positive from the Radisson blu pashchim vihar . We did not even get any email from them even after asking them to send us an email about the refund being issued but no email has been sent to us yet. We are stuck and this hotel is just giving us a run around . Our 2500 is gone into well and that’s not the issue the issue is the people at the hotel have no courtesy to call us and update Anything we have to call them and they have no knowledge about what’s going on they just keeps on saying we will check with finance team and get back to you. Booking was made under mr shahrukh khan name dated 24th july 2022.
