I have purchase a brand new rado watch on 30/10/21 from johnson watch Connaught place. After a 15-20 days i saw my watch was not working and i taken to its service centre at Connaught place which was run by Johnson watch itself. And from that day to till today my watch not runs properly and i submitted my watch 2 3 times to them and each time they kept for a 1 or 1.5 month so it can to say my watch was not with me.
I told to them to give me replacement or refund of my watch.
So manager told me please wait company gives replacement then we replace your watch or i will try to fix the problem properly.
Today i went to service centre to collect my watch i saw again flaws in my watch and i told the manager mr. Rajesh madan suddenly he shouts at me and misbehaving and use abusive language to me. And i call on 100 and pcr came and no action was taken. Was this information helpful? |
