Dear sir/madam, apart from my current consumption charges, cc deposit has been added in my current month bill. I came to know the significance of cc deposit from faq section. I'm a tenant and house owner has not mentioned anything about accd/cc deposit amount in rent agreement. My question is: 1. Who is liable to pay this cc deposit? House owner or tenant? 2. On what basis the cc deposit is calculated? Percentage based or average of bills? Please provide me some clarity on the above topic. Any reply is deeply appreciated. The accd is refundable or not.
