2. **False Payment Claims**: Despite having transaction proof, he falsely claims he has paid me in cash.
3. **Multiple Victims**: At least **four other individuals** have also lent him money, and he refuses to return it, instead **insulting and threatening them in public**.
4. **Verbal Abuse & Threats**: When I asked for my money back, he **defamed me and my wife**, used **abusive language**, and **threatened me publicly**.
5. **Family Influence in Police Department**: His **father is a Head Constable** and **his mother is an ASI** in the police. When I approached them, they supported his actions instead of resolving the issue.
6. **Frequent Location**: He is usually found at **Texas Smoking Zone, Sadar, near Checker, Nagpur**.
