Rahul Auto Service — Persisting Issue with Activa 5G - Urgent Resolution Required

I hope this finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration with the service I have received for my Honda Activa 5G at Rahul Auto service center Aundh Pune. Despite visiting the center on two separate occasions, the issue with starting the vehicle persists, and I feel compelled to bring this matter to your immediate attention.

To provide some context, my Activa 5G has been experiencing difficulties in starting up for the past few weeks. On the first visit (14/07/2023) to the service center, I came to the service center for just body alignment and washing and there were no problems related to the ignition. Technician asked me to buy the new battery and I was convinced to replace the old one with a new one. After picking up the vehicle, I encountered the problem by hearing a light buzzer voice from the vehicle and I immediately asked them but they convinced me again it was due to the washing and once the water is totally drained there will be no noise leaving me quite disappointed with the quality of service provided. The noise issue persisted until 2 days along with new problems with the ignitions. Vehicle was not getting started in spite of a kickstart.

Undeterred, I decided to give your service center another chance and brought my Activa 5G in for a second visit (18/07/2023). This time, I emphasized the urgency of the matter and was assured that the problem would be resolved promptly. When I visited a second time technician told me the issue was with the clutch and now I won't face any issues henceforth.
Regrettably, even after this second attempt, the issue with starting my vehicle remains unresolved

As a loyal customer of Honda, I expected to receive reliable and efficient service from service centers. However, the recurring problem with my Activa 5G has significantly inconvenienced me and shaken my confidence in the service provided.

I kindly request that you take immediate action to address this matter. I expect nothing less than a comprehensive examination of my vehicle, a precise diagnosis of the problem, and a thorough resolution to the starting issue. Additionally, I request clear communication regarding the steps taken to rectify the problem, the estimated time for completion, and regular updates on the progress.

Moreover, as a gesture of goodwill for the inconveniences faced, I hope to receive an appropriate compensation or a waiver of service charges for the multiple visits to your service center.

I trust that you will understand the gravity of the situation and take swift action to resolve this matter to my utmost satisfaction. Please treat this complaint with the urgency it deserves, as my Activa 5G is an essential mode of transportation for me, and the ongoing issues are causing me considerable stress and inconvenience.

I look forward to your prompt response and resolution. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution within the next few days, I may have no choice but to escalate this matter to higher authorities or explore other means of redressal.

Please have the bill's copy attached which was paid along with the servicing book which cost me Rs. 992. I also want my refund of Rs. 992 as I will not be visiting the center henceforth in future.
