Raiganj Central Co-operative Bank Limited Islampur Branch — unauthorized amount deduction

Rs.19500/- (Nineteen Thousand five hundred ) has been debited without authorisation from my account no.[protected] from 28th December 2018 -24 March 2019. The unauthorised deduction dates & amounts are as follows:

22/02/19-Rs.500
21/03/19-Rs.8000
22/03/19-Rs.5000
24/03/19-Rs.500
I requested the bank branch manager by application on 26 March 2019 to refund the money but he paid no attention.
So I request you for doing an arrangement for recovery of the debited money and refund it soon.
