Respected Sir/Madam,

Please kindly help me as I have not been issued E-Khata of a plot that I had purchased in Byrashettyhalli, Nelamangala, Bangaluru (Nelamangala-Doddaballapur highway) in a gated community Swasthik for investment purpose through loan at idbi bank with a higher interest rate 9% for my future for pension purposes as I am in a private job. The plot was purchased in December 2019 and I applied for E-Khata on 1-6-2020. Due to covid and Panchayat elections, I have not received my E-Khata till date. The case worker Srinivas Murthy and attender fat lady was asking for me to link KAVERI software rudely 1 year later when I went to enquire about my application. I had given them all the necessary documents, which also I did provide recently after so much waste travels to the Sub Registrar Office Nelamangala. Even in SUb Registrar Office, they had not uploaded the images of my plot with me and my wife in the photo. The Panchayat office is in Railway Gollahalli and Sub Registrar Office is in Nelamangala. I stay near Kengeri Upanagar. Sir I request you kindly to solve my issue as I am paying a higher interest rate for the loan taken to purchase this plot. With lots of sacrifice I was able to make the downpayment of 10% of the site price. The rest is paid by IDBI bank.Only after E-Khata is issued, I can make a Balance Transfer and continue to pay the loan EMIs.

Even I talked to Sunitha Madam, PDO of Panchayat office. She also kept on postponing saying there has been a death in her family. Today she is telling me to contact her on Monday because of the software problem in their office only for my case.

Sir kindly help me because the position I am in today has been reached by me after going through a lot of troubles and by studying 16 hours a day in my M.Tech days and still I am sacrificing for my family in so many ways. It is a humble request from a middle class person who has only dreams but no luck yet to achieve them and still struggling to make my future with basic needs. I ride a Bajaj Platina bike and they are definitely expecting something from me which I am not in a position to give. I even used to receive half salary during Covid. And also no increment from the last three years.

Sir this e-Khata is very much required to do the balance transfer to Canfin Homes Kengeri branch and without e-khata they will not do balance transfer. Please help me, Sir/Madam. Please help me.

Please help me Sir. I have to make balance transfer immediately. Every month I am facing problems. Whenever I ask about the documents, they say I have provided all the necessary documents. When I enquire about the status of my application they simply postpone. So my visit goes wasted. If I call and enquire they cut my call and speak rudely. Please help me in getting Justice. I am an educated person having BE, MTech and I am studying PhD. If these people can make me tormented then please imagine what are they doing with all other people.
