Purchased E-Croma 14L P Cooler CRLC14LRCA341503 with order ID SOA[protected] worth Rs. 2999.00 at Croma Ahmedabad Ashram Road 2 on 27 April 2026 at 07:26 PM and will be delivered on or before 29 April 2026 by 8 PM, but still on 30 th april your croma sales person named Mr. Amarbhai told that product not received at delivery point. yesterday on delivery time when they had no product and told me that today dated 30/04/2026 till 12.00pm i will receive my product otherwise on the spot they will refund me. Today they have not called me for any update. when i called for status on 01.00pm Mr. Amar told me still he dont know about status of product and refund will be return within 7-10 days. I already told that yesterday discussed that payment will return on the spot. But they misbehave, not behave ethical and lied with product delivery time . plz look into the matter on urgent base.
