Raj Bikes, Moolakadai, Chennai — Bike registration

I bought two wheeler from Raj bikes, Moolakadai, chennai on 15th Jan 2016. They charged fitting and Registration charges during my booking. When I received the bike there is no fittings like number plate, seat and tank cover etc. I asked them they will fit it in a couple of days but they delayed more than a week. till now they are delaying for the bike registration. I asking them frequently. They are not doing any action for registration and they are not attending phone calls too.
