On 18/4/17 I purchased a cooler, merchant charged Rs. 11220 and gave me invoice(PFA) by saying that product will be delivered at my home. Its been 5 days that i have not received my ordered product. On 21/4/17 i ordered the same product online (Invoice attached). When i went for the refund to Raj Electricals, he denied to refund my money. I don't want product from him as he didn't deliver the product on time and will trouble me in future also for under warranty service for next two years. Was this information helpful? |
