Dear Mahindra Customer Care Team,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the unsatisfactory service and customer support provided by your authorized service center, M/s Raj Auto India Pvt. Ltd., Varanasi.
I own a Mahindra XUV700. After servicing my vehicle on 5 May, a lighting system malfunction warning appeared on the dashboard within 20 days. Due to safety concerns, I stopped using the vehicle and submitted it to the service center on 29 May.
I was informed that the vehicle would remain at the workshop for approximately 10 days because the required wiring spare parts were unavailable. As my sales profession requires frequent travel, I requested a temporary replacement vehicle to avoid disruption to my work.
I also registered a complaint with Mahindra Customer Care (Complaint No. CF[protected]). However, the complaint was closed the following day despite the issue remaining unresolved.
I subsequently spoke with Mr. Pankaj, GM – Sales & Service, along with a customer care executive. Mr. Pankaj assured me that a temporary vehicle would be arranged, but this commitment was not fulfilled. Furthermore, he stopped responding to my calls and messages, leaving me without updates or support.
I am disappointed by this experience. Having invested approximately ₹22 lakh in the vehicle, I expected dependable after-sales service. Instead, I have incurred nearly ₹11, 000 in taxi expenses while my vehicle remains at the service center.
As of today, my vehicle has still not been delivered, and the matter remains unresolved. I request Mahindra to:
1. Expedite the repair and delivery of my vehicle.
2. Reimburse the expenses incurred on alternative transportation.
3. Investigate the conduct of the concerned service center and its management.
4. Strengthen accountability and customer service standards among channel partners.
I trust Mahindra will address this matter promptly and take appropriate corrective action.
