These devices are out of order from 04.09.2019 almost one month for which we have raised telephonic complaints many times the ref. No. For complaint are tbk05432980 dated 04.09.2019, tbk05556383 dated 18.09.2019,
Tbk05620203 dated 21.09.2019.
Machine is not yet attend for service. We have received a sms saying total outstanding for support service fees is 13490.06. Do clarify what is it charged for.
Also stop the service from now onward as we are fed up with pathetic response from m-swipe.
Send us the a/c. Statement for both accounts & rebet the charges for the time, machine was out of order.
