I am writing to formally file a complaint against Raj Reeta Group, owned by Mr. Shrivastava, located at BNo Khasara No.-118, Jaunpur to Deokali Road, Kaboolpur, Masoodpur, Tehsil-Sadar, Uttar Pradesh-222180 (GSTIN: 09CZRPR1770E1ZV). The seller initially contacted us, claiming to be from one of B2B seller platform, and introduced himself as being based in Bangalore. Based on this misrepresentation, we proceeded with an order for B2B A4 70 GSM White Paper Reams and made an advance payment as per our purchase order.
Unfortunately, despite multiple follow-ups, the seller has neither delivered the promised goods nor refunded our payment after order cancellation, despite initially assuring us of a refund. Instead, they have blocked our contact number and are no longer responding. Was this information helpful? |
