My name is Pranaav Rai, residing at 602- Ashish Building Bapubhai Vashi Road Vile Parle West Mumbai 400-056.
I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem being faced by residents of Bapubhai Vashi Road as a whole . Sir there is a dog in the vicinity named Jacky ( Owned by a shop owner ) . Being a pet dog it is the responsibility of the owner to get the dog vaccinated but he has not done that yet . The dog barks at everyone and runs behind them to bite .
I personally had succumed to an injury when i went to a shop to buy a power cable . The dog just ran behind me and caught my leg and bit me as a result i had to take 7 injections . Even i own a pet dog and whenever i take him for a walk, Jacky(the shop owners dog) runs behind my dog to bite him and he runs behind every pet dog to bite them . Even after talking to the owner several times, he just refuses to vaccinate his dog . He leaves his dog without any leash and as a result he runs behind everyone . I seriously request you to take some action and i hope my words dont fall on deaf ears.
