I am really disappointed as I haven't any clue why the Rajasthan police have given me this e-memo.
As you can really see in the attachment there is no clear evidence regarding offences undertaken by me as they claimed that I have done at that time. I was driving that car and there is only a photo of the car number plate and bonnet only in e-memo.
I haven't driven a car without a seatbelt for almost 15 years and never get any single memo for this
