Rajasthan State Road And Transport Corporation — bus ticket issued, bus cancelled without information, didn't even refunded.

I have booked my ticket from kota to sujangarh with rajasthan roadways website https://rsrtconline.rajasthan.gov.in on 12 jan, 2018. When i reached to depot they said that the bus is not available today. It was a very important journey for me and i had to travel anyway. I travelled with my end time arrangements by long route and suffered the tiredness and lost precious time.
My money is not even refunded to me yet. They should compensate for this.
