I have passed BE in Computer Science from shankara institute of technology (Jaipur) in year 2005 and I have not received my B.E degree yet. I have requested to shankara institute of technology (Jaipur) & RTU (Rajasthan Technical University) several times and got no satisfactory reply. I am following up since Nov-11 regarding my degree.
