Rajasthan Technical University — Consolidate and provisional both

I applied consolidated marksheet/ provisional degree certificate on the rtu website through their online process on 18 April 2022 with successful payment, till now i have not received them.
They claim that they will send the document in 15 days. It's been more than 15 days and i didn't get any update from the university.
No one is picking up call on all the contact numbers provided on website.
Please advise what is status of my application and by when i will receive my documents. It's extremely urgent for me.
