I had taken a home loan from SBI which I cleared it in 2022.in CIBIL status, it is showing as an active account due to which my CIBIL score effected badly.
After closing my home loan account, why CIBIL portal has not been updated accordingly. What kind of services you are providing to customer.
Request you to please take an immediate action & resolve the issue.
