Rajendra Vidyalaya — Promotion in std 12

Dear sir/mam,
My self vinay kumar father of kritika singh student of 11b of Rajendra vidhalaya school jamshedpur was detained in 11th std intentionally due to 8 marks in chemistry.. I request the management by giving hand written undertaking along with my child to promote her that she will perform in 12th std but adamantly they didn't. Played with carrer and emotions of girl child. After giving application they added her in 12th std group which exhibited she was promoted without any consent of guardian nothing was informed. Only the student and teacher new. Even the call was there from teacher end just give exam . Student got relaxed. When I saw i asked the secretary Mr Ak singh whom I gave the application they immediately removed from the group. I asked why such kind of foul play with guardian and child emotion was done no reply was there just texted have conveyed to principal jayanti. Is there any process if the child is appearing for retest before that how can one add in promoted group without any consent of guardian, if it was added that means management had taken a decision to promote her. This kind of exhibition led to debacle of my child carrer the complete management is at fault and responsible for destroying the child carrer. She had gone in depression and got demotivated with their this kind of act.
I have already submitted undertaking along with my child undertaking that she will perform in 12th std and i[censored]nable to perform i will be solely responsible for this.
Plz see the action needs to be taken on priority basis so that my child life is not destroyed.
