I Bought a HP 15SDU0120TU laptop on 21st March 2020.(S.No.CND9522LKZ) and my Complaint No. [protected]. Since the very beginning, the laptop was having major functional issues like Screen Blank out & Flickering. I raised a complaint in August due to the lockdown situations and even action was taken by replacing all the important parts of my laptop like Motherboard, Display & Hard Disk. Even after this, still I am facing display related problems. Issues like this impacts the trust in such a reputed and integral brand and I am highly disappointed with the kind of product I received.
To keep my faith in HP intact, I am hoping for a earliest possible fix. Was this information helpful? |
