Hello Bank Head, ...Would like to bring in your notice that i had a conversation with one of your Executive named Mr Anoop regarding reducing my interest rate as well as my monthly EMI. it came to my surprise that Anoop was having half knowledge of calculating interest rate or he was trying to hide this information on my home loan.He was very uncooperative & reluctant in sharing information about my home loan. I have had very BAD Experience with your bank from last 8-months & except my last part payment of Rs 2Lac, i am really frustrated the way your executive behave in bank & on phone to answer any query.It seems to me that they just want to doge a client instead of offering him correct solution/s. I feel today Anoop was very rude to me being a senior as he claimed & was not ready to connect me to some more senior executive.As i was getting appropriate answer's from Anoop so i requested him to connect me to senior guy, but he told me he is the senior guy & no other senior will be able to talk to me.IIs it the way Your Bank is facing your clients. My Kind request you please make a phone call arranged from senior management to listen my problem.Hope you will take my request & call me on 91-[protected].Your immediate response is highly appreciable.
