Sir,
I have been wrongly charged against traffic violation in pune on dated 24 Jan 22 vide Challan No. PNCCC[protected] against my Vehicle no. MH12MQ4916 ( Bajaj Avenger 220cc, Black) instead of another person's traffic violation for Vehicle No. MH12MD4916 (Herohonda Splendor) for not wearing Helmet with pillon rider. Refer the traffic violation challan captured image. Even the person is not me and not even the vehicle that I have owned, they are someone others.
Request to clear my tarffic violation challan and raise the correct Challan against correct person for his traffic violation.
Even I was not in the State on the said challan date. I am residing in Kanpur since last 03 years.
