I had booked my flat (G-1503) in rg luxury homes project in sector-16b, greater noida in dec. 2014 under buy back scheme. Builder was supposed to refund my money by june. 2016 as well as bank's amount. After several reminders, builder has not returned a single penny so far. Also, not replying to my mails and picking up phone calls.
I am going to file a case against the builder. If any body has booked his flat under the buy back scheme, please contact me immediately.
