Judge bars businessman's arrest over railways land

A businessman allegedly involved in the fraudulent sale of Kenya Railways Corporation land worth Sh90 million is seeking court protection.
Mr Rajesh Amrital Vadgama moved to court on Monday, saying officers attached to the CID were out to arrest him.
Certifying the case as urgent, High Court Judge Mohammed Warsame gave Vadgama a 30-day reprieve and ordered the CID and its agents not to arrest him.
The judge also ordered the applicant to file his main case within the next 10 days, failure to which the 30-day order would lapse.
The land in dispute is in Parklands and is subject of a civil suit in court. It is in the civil case that the court stopped construction of Sh700 million apartments, pending its hearing and determination.

If stealing wasn't bad enough, Rajesh Vadgama posts blogs that he has ripped off from other places and claims that he wrote it. Rajesh Vadgama can't even write a coherent English sentence, how the hell is he going to write blogs? Copyright Infringement is a serious offense in civilized countries. Rajesh Vadgama was not taught as a child that stealing and plagiarism is wrong. The pictures on his site/blog are also stolen from iStock and Getty as well.
