I had booked Rakhi and given delivery address of Germany but they had delivered at New York this also came in knowledge after much queries, the call center girls and boys always give wrong information and fake commitment. they assured and committed in writing for refund but till date they not yet done, even now they are saying that please allow 7-10 days, this statement they were giving from long time but not resolving the matter.
I sent them all the details of wrong delivery also but they were cheating. I request you to please help me to resolve the matter at earliest and kindly blacklist this site and company so that they wont cheat other.
