We, the flat holders of Bijolee Apartment, 70 Ananda Abason, Garia, WardNo-29 .submitted an application to Rajpur Sonarpur Municipality on 6/12/21 for demolition of an illegal construction closing the windows of our flats.The flat holder of the lower floor left his flat due to the insufficiency of light and air and due to the unhygienic condition cased by the construction.I, on the upper floor is somehow living with several serious physical complications.The local municipal office at Mahamayatala investigated the consrtuction and reported it as an illegal construction and for measures to be taken(demolition) to the H.O. We are residing at ward no 7 having holding no 856 at Sonargoan Park Narendrapur Kadarhat (under Rajpur Sonarpur Municipality).My Neighbour Mr Shankar Alamgar is constructing two storage building on a plot on appx 1 katha which include construction of latrine with bare minimum gap (less than 3 feet) with all drainage pipelines beside and facing the dining table.
This will affect the hygiene of all family members. Also spoken Mr Shankar Alamgar, his contractor but nothing happened yet and construction is still in progress.
I have complaint the same to Municipality (complaint letter attached) however still nothing happened yet.When approched to councilor he suggest to contact the engineer whi has done the plan as he has nothing to do i this matter.
Requesting your intervention so that the latrine can be shifted at the backside of the construction haing around 5-8 feet passage.
